I did as described above, but it still didn't work. Remove PhysX (Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs - NVIDIA PhysX).The installer tries to install the PhysX version that comes with the game but then fails because a newer version is already present, thus aborting the game installation. It seems like Medal of Honor Airborne has some issue with a newer version of PhysX that is currently installed on your computer as part of the Nvidia graphics card driver.
